Job summary

ADP is seeking a Principal Client Success Executive to manage a book of large, complex, global client accounts and drive outcomes across the Lyric HCM journey. You will partner with Product, Implementation, and Project Managers to define Launch Readiness and execute success plans focused on client outcomes.

You will influence senior client stakeholders and safeguard long-term ADP partnerships. The role emphasizes contract negotiations, presenting ROI and value, and leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, global client accounts and driving renewal/expansion.
• Ability to define and execute client success plans aligned to stakeholders’ outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Launch Readiness for all phases of Lyric HCM rollout.
• Develop and execute client success plans focused on outcomes at every stage of the journey.
• Drive client satisfaction, engagement, and product adoption across the ADP portfolio.
• Monitor client health and intervene to address risks and opportunities to retain and grow the partnership.
• Lead internal and client stakeholders through Executive Business Reviews and renewal discussions.
