Job summary

ADP seeks a Principal Client Success Executive to manage a portfolio of large, global clients on the Lyric HCM journey. You will partner with Product, Implementation, and Project Managers to define and execute Launch Readiness across all rollout phases and ensure outcomes align with client goals.

You will build trusted relationships, negotiate and retain clients, and drive adoption and value across the ADP portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managing and consulting with large, global client accounts
• Experience with ADP products, HCM solutions, and Standout Technology
• Travel required

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Client Success plan with decision makers, influencers, and executives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve client success milestones and outcomes across the adoption journey.
• Monitor client health, renewals, and expansion opportunities, driving value and retention.
