Job summary

Quad is seeking a Project Coordinator Client Services to manage the Bass Pro Shops relationship and drive project timelines, tasks, and outcomes onsite. You will coordinate marketing and copywriting efforts, ensuring on-time delivery and strong client communication within Quad’s team.

The role emphasizes building relationships with low- and mid-level client management, maintaining processes, and collaborating across internal departments to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Administrative services.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Jira, and Adobe Workfront is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact with the Client team onsite.
• Develop and manage project timelines and task lists.
• Understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve Client’s marketing and copywriting goals.
• Display positivity in all engagements with others (at all levels), demonstrating Quad culture and values.
• Manage complex projects simultaneously.
• Attend regular planning meetings and provide detailed written confirmation/report.
• Work effectively to manage work across internal business units.
• Build and maintain client relationships with low-and-mid level management.
• Ensure team adheres to established processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Client’s services. Escalate to management when necessary.
