Job summary

Quad/Graphics, on behalf of Bass Pro Shops, seeks a Project Coordinator Client Services to manage client relationships and complex projects onsite. You will drive timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure delivery aligned with marketing goals and copywriting objectives.

2+ years in PM or admin roles, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, and Workfront is a plus, with a collaborative mindset across Quad departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Administrative services.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to inform staff on project objectives and manage client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact with the Client team onsite.
• Develop and manage project timelines and task lists.
• Understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve Client’s marketing and copywriting goals.
• Display positivity in all engagements with others and Quad culture.
• Manage complex projects simultaneously.
• Attend regular planning meetings and provide detailed written confirmation/report.
• Coordinate work across internal business units.
• Build and maintain client relationships with low-and-mid level management.
• Ensure adherence to processes for timely and accurate delivery; escalate when necessary.
