Altair Global is seeking a Client Invoicing Coordinator in Frisco, TX. This on-site role partners with the India-based production team and HQ stakeholders to drive on-time client invoicing, ensure accuracy, and maintain SOC-compliant controls.

You will supervise billing cycles, resolve exceptions, and support audits. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, strong communication, and experience with multiple accounting systems.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years accounting experience in a large organization
• Experience with multiple accounting systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead projects and mentor others
• Knowledge of SOC and internal controls is a plus

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily with offshore India team and HQ stakeholders to ensure billing processes follow procedures and SLAs
• Perform final quality review of invoices and validate supporting docs and approvals
• Maintain evidence for SOC controls and respond to audit requests
• Reconcile invoicing with payments and GL data; resolve discrepancies promptly
• Provide oversight and training to offshore team; maintain SOPs and training materials
• Represent Invoicing in transformation, automation, and system-implementation projects
