Altair Global Services, LLC is seeking a Client Invoicing Coordinator at headquarters to drive invoicing tasks, coordinate daily with the India-based offshore production team, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Client Services, IT, and Global Financial Services invoicing leadership. The role ensures timely, accurate client invoices and maintains process documentation for audits and control purposes.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily with offshore and HQ stakeholders to follow approved billing procedures and schedules.
• Perform final quality review of invoices and ensure required approvals and documentation are in place.
• Maintain SOC and operational control evidence; respond to audits and implement corrective actions.
• Validate AR ledgers and reconcile invoicing with payments and GL information; resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training and mentoring to offshore team; maintain SOPs and training materials.
