Job summary

The Client Relationship Manager will accelerate growth, boost client satisfaction, and drive adoption of CIBT’s travel and mobility solutions while working remotely with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in visa services, travel or relationship management.
• Thorough understanding of technology trends and ability to illustrate benefits via API and integrations.
• Located in North America.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and implementation of new clients; collaborates with Operations to ensure onboarding is smooth.
• Ensures client-specific requirements and SLAs are recorded and achieved; monitors performance and escalates as needed.
• Holds frequent calls with clients to review needs and conducts quarterly in-person reviews at the client's office.
• Monitors client satisfaction via surveys and correspondence; partners with operations to improve performance.
• Supports business development by attending presentations and participating in RFPs.
• Trains clients to use the company's proprietary technology solutions.
• Explains technology trends and integration options to clients via APIs and other methods.
• Works with global colleagues to expand services in North America.
