ServiceNow in the United States is seeking a results-driven leader to own the Global IT (CIO) Technical GTM for the Technology Workflows portfolio, including ITSM, ITOM, AM, PM, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role defines technical go-to-market strategy, drives global wins in CIO deals, and coordinates with Geo Solution Consulting and Specialist Solution Consulting to ensure consistent narratives, demos, and training worldwide.

Qualificações

• Experience defining the technical GTM strategy for enterprise platforms.
• Ability to lead global cross-functional teams across regions.
• Proven record influencing CIO-level buying decisions with scalable demos.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global technical GTM strategy for the TWF portfolio. That includes positioning, technical win playbook, reference architectures, and proof standards for the CIO buyer.
• Own the global TWF tech win playbook including repeatable first- and second-call demos and a consistent framework for customer POVs and enable Field SCs.
• Partner with and support the Global Head CIO Solutions GTM and their broader IT GTM strategy. Lead key customer engagements at EBCs and key customer and partner events.
