Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a CIO Strategic Initiatives GTM Lead to drive growth strategies for the CIO solutions portfolio and deliver cross-product initiatives. You will own priority initiatives, create scalable GTM motions, and develop assets like playbooks for regional teams across AMS, EMEA, APAC, and Japan.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and a track record in SaaS enterprise technology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in GTM strategy or related roles.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record turning strategy into durable, repeatable GTM execution with measurable pipeline growth.
• Experience building and scaling playbooks and buyer motions across industries and geographies.
• Strong analytical skills and senior stakeholder engagement (e.g., CIOs).

Responsibilities

• Own a focused set of priority CIO strategic initiatives end-to-end and develop repeatable programs.
• Build, maintain, and activate CIO sales playbooks and messaging across regions and industries.
• Lead sales readiness and enablement workshops for Core and Solution Sellers.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion and expansion across CIO deals.
• Elevate and transform solution messaging with Product Solution Marketing.
• Collaborate with Technology Workflow BUs to refine GTM strategies and pricing insights.
• Drive integration of GTM initiatives across Global Partnerships & Channels and other teams.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and partner enablement.
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform GTM strategy and positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.
• Lead propensity modelling exercises to focus investments on high-potential accounts.
• Advise on strategic execution and customer unlock across deals.
