ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Global Head of IT (CIO) Technical GTM to define and drive the technical go-to-market strategy for the Technology Workflows portfolio, including ITSM, ITOM, AM, PM, and AI capabilities.

You will own how Solution Consulting worldwide wins CIO deals and ensure consistent, regionally adapted narratives, demos, and training across the globe. You will connect TWF business units, Geo Solution Consulting leaders, and Specialist SC leaders, shaping thought leadership around

Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or Technical GTM with multi-regional leadership.
Proven track record of defining technical GTM strategy and improving tech win rates.
Experience engaging CIO-level stakeholders and driving global programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the global technical GTM strategy for the Technology Workflows portfolio.
Own the global tech win playbook with repeatable demos and customer POVs.
Partner with CIO Solutions GTM and IT GTM strategy to engage executive-level customers.
Translate roadmaps and monthly releases into field-ready positioning and materials.
Build a world-class SC community and certification paths across regions.
