Repligen Corp is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager for Chromatography to drive global marketing strategies and demand generation across the chromatography portfolio. This role partners with Product Management, Commercial, and Digital teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositions and measurable campaign outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute data-driven global marketing plans based on customer segmentation, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content) to drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions and measurable campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Applications, and Digital teams to align priorities, messaging, and execution.
- Track performance using KPIs and analytics, and continuously optimize campaigns.
