Qualifikationen

• Experience leveraging AI tools to increase content velocity, personalization, and campaign efficiency while maintaining scientific accuracy.
• Experience supporting product commercialization and demand generation programs.
• Strong understanding of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Strong collaboration skills in a global, matrixed organization.

The Strategic Marketing Manager for Chromatography is responsible for developing and executing integrated global marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for the chromatography portfolio. This role partners closely with Product Management, Commercial, and Digital teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions and measurable campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $96,732.- $148,323 . Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
