Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager for Chromatography to drive global marketing strategy and demand generation across the chromatography portfolio.

You will partner with Product Management, Commercial, and Digital teams to translate complex technologies into clear customer value propositions and measurable campaigns, supporting product adoption and pipeline growth worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology-related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in life sciences or bioprocessing.
• Ability to translate technical information into customer-focused messaging.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content).
• Analytical mindset using data and KPIs to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven global marketing plans based on segmentation, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns that increase product adoption, generate high-quality MQLs, and support pipeline growth.
• Build and manage the customer-facing story, translating chromatography tech into clear value propositions.
• Create and deliver high-impact content across digital, web, events, and sales enablement channels.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Applications, and Digital teams to align on priorities, messaging, and execution.
• Manage campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
• Track performance using KPIs and analytics, and optimize campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.
