The Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead MEDvidi’s operational excellence, scalability, and innovation, translating strategy into action to support our mission of revolutionizing mental health care with AI. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and involves full ownership of business operations, technology, finance, and clinical care integration, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in scaling high-growth companies, especially in digital health, telehealth, or AI-driven healthcare
• 10+ years in COO or senior operations roles
• Expertise in scaling operations, building teams, and managing hypergrowth
• Hands-on experience with healthcare regulatory challenges, particularly in telehealth and mental health
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including managing budgets, unit economics, and profitability
• Understanding of AI and digital health infrastructure, automation, and decision-making tools
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, rapidly evolving environments and translate strategic vision into tangible results

Responsibilities:

• Drive operational execution and scalability, developing data-driven processes and implementing AI and automation solutions
• Build and lead a high-performance organization, establishing OKRs, recruiting top talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Develop financial strategies, oversee budgeting, investor relations, and ensure financial sustainability and growth
• Champion AI-driven healthcare innovations, integrating cutting-edge solutions into clinical and operational workflows
