Unframed Movement is seeking a mission-aligned Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our early executive leadership team. This role is for a strategic builder who can transform bold vision into executable systems that scale; without compromising integrity, equity, or care.

We are currently pre-funded and actively preparing for institutional investment. This position offers future equity, leadership anchoring, and the opportunity to co-architect ethical infrastructure that redefines how organizational health, justice-centered operations, and transformative governance are deployed across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate visionary strategy into operational systems, workflows, and infrastructure

• Lead organizational scaling, including people operations, compliance, and internal governance

• Oversee execution of OKRs, budgets, and cross-functional alignment

• Develop systems for accountability, transparency, and team health

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure mission and metrics stay aligned

• Establish and monitor internal data, privacy, and equity-centered safety protocols

• Support fundraising readiness through documentation, infrastructure, and investor communications

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or executive leadership

• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or higher)

• Demonstrated experience scaling diverse, inclusive teams

• Familiarity with AI integration or ethical tech governance (highly desired)

• A proven track record of leading in high-growth, values-driven, or impact-focused environments
