Requirements

What You'll Do

• Clean up ops, expand margins, and install leadership cadences
• Drive client success: raise MRR, eliminate unprofitable work
• Own the revenue engine: build the 21 demos/week SaaS pipeline
• Assume full P&L authority over time: budgets, hiring, firing, comp design
• Lead finance & FP&A: weekly cash and EBITDA pulse; board-ready reporting
• Build and scale the talent bench: coach killers, exit passengers
• Run the operating rhythm: L10s, WBRs, scorecards—without the founder in the room
• Expand remit to Karrot.ai once SG systems are locked
