Position: Global Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The COO will be the driving force behind MEDvidi’s operational excellence, scalability, and innovation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will:

  1. Translate strategy into action and optimize global operations.
  2. Build infrastructure for rapid growth.
  3. Ensure business operations, technology, finance, and clinical care work harmoniously to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

This is a leadership role suited for a builder, problem solver, and innovator who thrives in high-growth environments and has experience scaling similar companies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in scaling high-growth digital health, telehealth, or AI-driven healthcare companies.
  • 10+ years in COO or senior operations roles.
  • Expertise in scaling operations, building teams, and managing hypergrowth.
  • Experience navigating healthcare regulations, especially in telehealth and mental health.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with a track record of improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Understanding of digital health infrastructure, automation, and AI tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and adapt quickly.
  • Leadership skills to challenge and execute the CEO’s vision.
