Job summary
Azul Systems, Inc. is seeking a Global Channel Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team.
This role will manage programs and the infrastructure that support Azul's global channel ecosystem, including distributors and resellers, with a focus on operational readiness and process efficiency. You will own the Channel Partner Program, administer rebates and MDF, manage PRM and partner data in Salesforce, and deliver regular dashboards and reports to optimize partner engagement and
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Channel Management.
- Experience supporting partner programs and two-tier channel models.
- Ability to manage PRM/partner portal platforms and Salesforce data.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Global Channel Sales to support the Azul Channel Team.
- Own and manage the Channel Partner Program.
- Administer rebates, referral fees, and MDF programs with tracking.
- Coordinate resources to maximize partner engagement.
- Manage PRM platform, partner portal, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain partner data in Salesforce and end-to-end deal registration.
- Provide regular sales and channel performance reporting.
- Oversee partner onboarding and compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain partner training content and certifications.
