You will design a comprehensive adoption roadmap, including readiness assessments, pilots, phased rollouts, and adoption measurement frameworks, while acting as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise collaboration tool migrations (Teams/Slack Enterprise Grid).
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and VP stakeholders.
• Expert in Prosci ADKAR or Kotter methodologies.
• CCMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale enterprise collaboration platform migration with change management strategy.
• Drive adoption across a global workforce with readiness assessments and pilots.
• Develop role-based enablement programs and training curricula.
• Establish a global network of change champions and oversee workshops.
