Deutsche Bank is seeking a Change Enablement Partner to lead day-to-day communications for the Technology, Data and Innovation Regulatory, Risk and Control subdivision. You will align staff with central messaging, manage digital channels, and support global initiatives across regions.

The role involves preparing executive announcements and coordinating events, with strong emphasis on collaboration, ethical use of AI, and delivering high-quality communications for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
• Strong cross-border collaboration and stakeholder-management within a global matrixed org.
• Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, contextually relevant communications.
• Experience in multimedia content creation (video, photography, graphic design).

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day internal and executive communications for Deutsche Bank’s Technology, Data and Innovation Regulatory, Risk and Control subdivision.
• Support ongoing staff engagement and align colleagues with central messaging.
• Manage divisional digital channels and drive global participation in signature initiatives.
• Prepare announcements, briefings, town halls, and staff-engagement materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate global town halls and executive roundtables; support Americas signature events.
• Moderate SharePoint and Viva Engage presence and ensure consistent visual identity across communications.
