Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading global enterprise to drive a major transformation. We seek a visionary communications leader to own an executive-level narrative and execute a comprehensive, global change communications program from pre-launch through post-launch phases.

You will craft high-impact messaging across email, leadership briefings, intranet portals, and executive decks, while coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring consistency with branding and training materials.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of internal/marketing communications or content development in global or enterprise initiatives.
• Exceptional executive-level writing for C-level and leadership messaging.
• Hands-on digital content development including SharePoint or intranet and email campaigns.
• Agile content development from incomplete information to polished deliverables.
• Experience in matrixed environments across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a sequenced global communication plan across rollout phases.
• Draft, edit, and produce messaging across channels including email, leadership briefings, sponsor communications, intranet portals, and decks.
• Organize messaging, schedules, and deliverables across multiple workstreams with a detailed communications calendar.
• Transform rough input into structured drafts quickly, reducing burden on project leads.
• Create and manage SharePoint portal copy and internal site content.
• Collaborate with change management and training teams to draft learning content and FAQs.
• Simplify complex topics into concise narratives for executives and global employees.
• Partner with senior sponsors and steering committees while preserving message clarity.
• Manage feedback cycles and protect scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with design teams for visual alignment with branding.
