Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a dynamic Director of Corporate Communications to lead internal and external messaging, reinforce corporate reputation, and align comms with business priorities. You will coach a global team, shape strategic programs, and partner with senior leaders to deliver consistent, compelling narratives across audiences.

You will also drive executive visibility, manage media relations, and leverage AI tools to enhance output while maintaining brand voice and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, or media relations.
• Proven ability to counsel senior management and handle high-profile communications issues.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience producing diverse messaging formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team across time zones, coaching and developing talent.
• Develop and execute integrated global corporate communications strategies.
• Partner with Marketing and Investor Relations to align messaging and programs.
• Own internal communications architecture and quarterly Town Halls.
• Drive Executive Visibility across media, speaking engagements, and social channels.
• Oversee media relations, crisis communications, and press outreach.
