Qualifications

- 12+ years of business development experience with strategic planning.
- 8+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Experience setting sales targets and goals to drive growth.
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation prowess.
- Strategic, proactive mindset with excellent communication.
- Ability to influence senior leaders across global organizations.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close enterprise CDMO partnerships across development to manufacturing.
- Lead market expansion, drive territory and global strategy with leadership.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, marketing, and demand planning to win deals.
- Present strategy, budgets, and plans to executives and board-level stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical partners and conferences.
