Qualifications

• Masters degree in behavioral health and licensure or certification in your US state or Argentina.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure.
• Excellent written/verbal English as well as Spanish and comfortable interacting with members worldwide.

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email during shifts in the languages you are fluent in.
• Coordinate care, signups, scheduling, and explain available services.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care levels.
