Job summary

Spring Health in North America is seeking a Global Care Navigator to support members through mental health care journeys and connect them with appropriate services. The role requires a Master’s in behavioral health and licensure, with fluency in English and the ability to work evenings.

You will document interactions in English and coordinate care across teams. The position reports to the Manager of the Global Team in Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in behavioral health with licensure or certification in the US or Canada.
• Minimum of 2+ years direct clinical care post-licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable engaging with members worldwide.
• Able to multitask across multiple computer platforms and systems.
• Driven to deliver high-touch, outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email during scheduled shifts.
• Assist with platform sign-up, troubleshoot issues, and gather intake information.
• Develop clinical action plans and refer to appropriate care levels.
• Triage crises and provide safety planning and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve member experience.
• Summarize patient interactions in English in Spring Health documentation.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and special internal projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policy requirements.
