Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to guide members through their mental health journey. You will coordinate care, perform intake assessments, and connect members with appropriate services while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a Masters in a behavioral health field and state licensure or certification, with at least 2+ years of post-licensure clinical care. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a behavioral health field with licensure or certification in counseling, social work, or psychotherapy.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email across multilingual channels.
• Coordinate care, assist with platform sign up, troubleshoot issues, and schedule appointments.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate levels of care.
• Provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up as needed.
• Summarize patient interactions in English within documentation systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the member experience.
