Spring Health is hiring a Global Care Navigator to guide members through their mental health journey and coordinate care across services. You will assess clinical needs, triage crises, and ensure a high-quality member experience, reporting to the Global Clinical Operations Manager.

A Masters degree with licensure and English proficiency are required. The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration within a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, with holidays and shift coverage

Qualifications

• Masters in behavioral health with state licensure required.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care post-licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms.
• Customer-focused with a high-touch service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email with professional courtesy.
• Coordinate care, schedule appointments, and explain services available.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and plan action steps for members.
• Provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up as needed.
• Document interactions in English within Spring Health systems.
