Spring Health is seeking a Care Navigator/Support Coordinator to join our team. We require a Masters in behavioral health with US state licensure and at least 2+ years of direct clinical care post-licensure. Excellent English skills and comfort serving members worldwide are essential.

Role involves coordinating care, triaging crises, documenting interactions, and collaborating across teams. The position supports a global member base with flexible scheduling and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in behavioral health with applicable US state licensure.
• Minimum of 2+ years direct clinical care post licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable with members worldwide.
• Able to use multiple computer platforms and learn new systems quickly.
• Motivated to provide high-touch, outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.

Responsabilités

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email; maintain availability during shifts.
• Coordinate care: platform sign-up, troubleshoot issues, schedule/cancel appointments.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care levels.
• Assess crises and provide in-the-moment support and safety planning.
• Document interactions in English within Spring Health systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve experience.
