Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a combination of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 5 years in related work
• Minimum of 2 years of work leadership, supervisory and/or managerial experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Manage large complex relationships and cultivate existing and prospective clients
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies
• Lead process improvements to increase service, profitability, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in revenue-generating efforts as assigned
• Develop and maintain key relationships to drive revenue growth
• Represent unit on enterprise-wide projects and initiatives
• Oversee staffing, performance appraisals, promotions and salary recommendations
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and strengthen internal controls
