Job summary

You will coordinate with internal partners to resolve problems, maintain industry knowledge, and adhere to risk controls and regulatory standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years combined higher education and/or work experience in related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
• Strong client service mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships and routine activities.
• Prepare documents for meetings and support revenue-generating activities.
• Implement client strategies daily and address client inquiries promptly.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and facilitate discretionary distributions.
• Coordinate with internal/external service partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and align with compliance standards.
