Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a professional to assist in Global Capital Markets trust administration and servicing for high net-worth private and institutional clients in Minneapolis. You will support relationship managers, process transactions, and serve as the primary client contact for daily administration.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work with internal and external service partners.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year direct client contact
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, making appropriate recommendations for routine internal business activities.
• Assist account representatives in revenue generating activities by providing appropriate recommendations, preparing documents for and participating in meetings.
• Foster client relationships with assigned client base, serving as primary point of contact for the client; make recommendations for services to correct and/or enhance the client experience.
