Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Business Operations professional to bridge planning, analysis, and strategy for hardware products. You will build complex S&OP models, drive financially informed decisions, and collaborate across teams to optimize adoption, value, and working capital.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication, and the ability to operate with high agency in a lean organization across global teams. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantitative field required.
• 1+ years in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting or related roles.
• 1+ years of experience with Excel or programming (SQL/Python).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret financial statements.
• Proven capability to drive cross-functional influence in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own global S&OP for hardware products to convert hardware into active customers.
• Analyze KPIs: subscribers, network utilization, latency, inventory turnover, unit economics.
• Translate analysis into strategic hardware mix and value optimization.
• Coordinate demand forecasting with capacity constraints across regions.
• Lead resource planning for hardware ramp and sunset initiatives.
• Support go-to-market execution post-licensing and certification.
• Identify initiatives to improve operational trajectory with leadership.
