SpaceX in Hawthorne, California is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Starlink) to own global S&OP for Starlink hardware, optimizing inventory and maximizing revenue. You will analyze KPIs, forecast demand, and drive cross-functional decision-making with leadership across network engineering, hardware, and manufacturing.

The role requires quantitative strength, willingness to travel, and the ability to build scalable models and tools to accelerate hardware adoption and lifetime value.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
• 1+ years of experience in Excel or programming.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own global S&OP for specific hardware products to convert hardware into active, happy, paying customers.
• Analyze KPIs such as active subscribers, network utilization, and inventory turnover; develop S&OP models and tools.
• Translate analysis into hardware mix strategy to accelerate adoption and maximize lifetime value.
• Coordinate global supply allocation and demand forecasting with network engineering.
• Drive resource planning for verticals and coordinate with hardware & manufacturing engineering.
• Enable go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification.
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink's operational trajectory with SpaceX leadership.
