CFS in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Global Business Unit Finance Manager (Hybrid) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across a multi-site, international business unit.

The role partners with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to analyze cost drivers, margins, and productivity, delivering actionable insights and robust financial reporting. 15–20% travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• MBA, CPA, or other professional qualification is preferred.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Experience supporting full P&L management including revenue, gross margin, opex, and EBITDA.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and consolidation of annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly outlooks for a global business unit.
• Manage P&L planning: revenue, cost of goods sold, gross margin, Opex, and EBITDA.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast to identify variances, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance.
• Prepare financial presentations and performance updates for leadership reviews.
