Job summary

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Global BU Controller in Pittsburgh, PA. You will partner with BU leadership to drive financial performance across global sites and manage end-to-end P&L, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX.

The role requires strong FP&A skills, manufacturing/industrial experience, and the ability to navigate a matrixed, global organization; travel ~15–20% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leadership to support financial performance.
• Lead forecasting, annual plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks.
• Monitor orders, revenue, gross margin and OPEX; provide variance analyses.
• Drive reporting quality and insights for business reviews.
