Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Finance Team Manager to provide hybrid bench support across Work Dynamics accounts in Chicago or Pittsburgh. You will oversee accounting, FP&A, and reporting, partnering with client finance personnel and internal teams.

Travel may be required as client needs dictate. The role requires a CPA or progress toward certification, strong GAAP expertise, and experience leading finance teams in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities with accuracy.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasts with operations teams.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and metrics for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls across engagements.
