PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analytics Manager based in Pittsburgh, PA, to lead a team within the Finance organization. You will oversee PP&R projections, connect data sources, and present insights to senior management, shaping capital planning and stress testing efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in analytics tools (Python/SQL), and collaboration with LOB and treasury partners to model strategy and economic sensitivity.

Competenze

• 5+ years of industry experience in business analytics or finance analytics.
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver PNC's PP&R projections.
• Design and oversee the cash flow engine (QRM) implementation and reporting.
• Develop forecast stories with trends and risks for senior management.
• Coordinate with LOB and treasury stakeholders to model strategy and sensitivity.
• Provide analytical support for non-interest expense projections.
