Job summary

International Game Technology, a global leader in gaming and entertainment products, seeks a Manager, Business Unit Finance to partner with BU leadership in planning, forecasting, and performance management across regions and segments.

The role focuses on consolidating financial data, communicating risks and opportunities, and guiding strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong SAP BPC experience and manufacturing/gaming finance knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Approximately five years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, business unit finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated project leadership and cross-functional coordination; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and management reporting across regions and segments.
• Coordinate planning timelines, submissions, reviews, and deliverables with regional and functional finance teams.
• Ensure financial submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly performance vs budget/forecast, identify drivers and risks.
• Develop executive-ready reporting packages and scenario analyses for leadership.
