Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting skills, and ERP system proficiency.
• Exceptional analytical, Excel, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop robust models to analyze trends, variances, and drivers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Partner with business units to align operational plans with financial goals.
• Lead capital evaluations and ROI analyses; oversee project investments.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team; drive data-driven decision making.
