Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience spanning top-tier management consulting and in-house strategy, global business services, or vendor management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define Intuit's multi-year BPO strategy across sales segments and geographies.
• Own the make-versus-buy framework: in-house, partners, or AI agents, with cost-to-serve and risk criteria.
• Set the strategy for AI-enabled delivery inside the partner network and quantify productivity gains.
• Represent the BPO agenda in corporate planning, budgeting, and investment reviews.
