Job summary

Intuit seeks a seasoned leader to own corporate BPO strategy and a global performance framework. You will define in-house vs partner work, shape the partner portfolio, and govern a scalable, AI-enabled delivery model across sales segments and geographies.

You will build the multi-year sourcing thesis, drive RFPs, and lead executive storytelling for Sales, Finance, and Operations, while guiding performance improvements across the partner network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience combining top-tier management consulting with in-house strategy or BPO leadership.
• Proven ownership of a global BPO/GBS portfolio at scale including sales or revenue motions.
• Strong financial and analytical rigor with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define corporate BPO strategy and operating model across geographies and segments.
• Lead sourcing strategy, RFPs, and commercial models with procurement and legal.
• Build and run a global performance management system with governance cadence.
