The role reports to executive leadership and drives strategy across Sales, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in strategy consulting at the Principal level and hands-on experience managing a Global Business Services portfolio,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier management consulting and in-house strategy.
• Proven ownership of a global BPO/GBS portfolio at scale, including vendor management and governance.
• Deep knowledge of the global BPO provider landscape, delivery geographies, and partner selection."
• Experience designing outsourcing commercial models and governance mechanisms, including outcomes and gainshare.

Responsibilities

• Define the corporate BPO strategy and operating model.
• Build cross-functional, multi-year BPO strategy across sales segments and geographies—the portfolio, footprint, and partner bench.
• Own the make-versus-buy framework: which motions and segments are best served in-house, by partners, or by AI agents; include cost-to-serve economics and risk posture.
• Set the strategy for AI-enabled delivery inside the partner network, including productivity gains and footprint evolution.
• Represent the BPO agenda in corporate planning, budgeting, and investment reviews; own the executive narrative to Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership.
• Own the commercial construct; lead sourcing strategy and competitive RFPs end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Design commercial models that drive desired behaviors—rate cards, outcomes, gainshare, volume commitments; negotiate MSAs/SOWs/SLA schedules.
• Own total cost of delivery across the portfolio: cost per acquisition, cost to serve, revenue per FTE, and productivity projections.
