Intuit is seeking a high-visibility leader to define and own the corporate BPO strategy and performance system across sales segments and geographies. You will determine what work stays in-house vs.

with partners, select partner rostering, pricing, and governance, and enable AI-enabled delivery at scale. The role spans strategy, commercial models, and global performance management, requiring partnerships with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Procurement, Legal, and the partner network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or equivalent.
• Proven ownership of global BPO/GBS portfolios at scale.
• Experience designing outsourcing commercial models.
• Executive-level communication and influence across functions.
• Comfort with data and analytics for decision making.
• Experience across multiple geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year BPO strategy across segments and geographies.
• Own make-versus-buy framework and AI-enabled delivery strategy.
• Lead commercial models and vendor negotiations end-to-end.
• Develop and run the global performance management system.
• Oversee transitions, migrations, and risk management.
• Build relationships with partner executives and internal leaders.
