Job summary

The role requires deep experience in global BPO/GBS portfolios, executive storytelling, and ability to influence across Finance, RevOps, Procurement, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience spanning top-tier management consulting and in-house strategy or vendor management leadership.
• Demonstrated ownership of a global BPO/GBS portfolio at scale, with revenue-generating motions.
• Strong knowledge of global BPO providers, partners, and delivery geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define Intuit's multi-year BPO strategy across sales segments and geographies, including portfolio, footprint, and partner bench.
• Own make-versus-buy framework and decision criteria with cost-to-serve economics and risk posture.
• Set AI-enabled delivery strategy within partner network and align governance with executive leadership.
• Lead sourcing strategy, RFPs, and commercial models; manage total cost of delivery across the portfolio.
