Intuit's GBSG leads a global BPO strategy across QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Payments, Payroll, and Capital—through an expansive, diverse delivery network. You will define what work stays in-house versus with partners, selecting partners and how they are paid and measured, in service of an AI-first operating model.

This is a build role: you own the function end-to-end and will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Procurement, and the partner network, growing the team

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive experience spanning top-tier management consulting and in-house strategy.
• Global BPO, GBS, or outsourced delivery leadership experience at scale.
• Deep knowledge of global BPO provider landscape and partner selection.
• Proven experience designing outsourcing commercial models (outcome-based and gainshare).
• Track record building performance management and governance systems from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Define the corporate BPO strategy and operating model.
• Build cross-functional plans for multi-year BPO strategy across segments and geographies.
• Own make-vs-buy framework: in-house, partner, or AI-driven delivery.
• Set AI-enabled delivery strategy inside partner networks and govern its evolution.
• Represent the BPO agenda in planning, budgeting, and executive reviews.
