Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience spanning top-tier management consulting and in-house strategy.
• Demonstrated ownership of a global BPO, GBS, or outsourced delivery portfolio at scale.
• Deep knowledge of the global BPO provider landscape and delivery geographies.
• Experience designing outsourcing commercial models, including outcome-based constructs.
• Track record building governance systems: SLA/KPI, scorecards, QBR cadence, remediation.

Responsibilities

• Define the corporate BPO strategy and operating model across segments and geographies.
• Own sourcing strategy, RFPs end to end, and design commercial models that drive behavior.
• Build and run the global performance management system with governance cadence.
• Lead transitions and transformations, including site launches and migrations.
• Lead through influence across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Procurement, Legal, Security, and Product.
