Ravensburger North America, Inc. is seeking a Game Development Manager to lead the creation of high-quality games for diverse audiences in line with the product strategy.

You will work closely with a global development team, inventors, and a product management allied group to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and market relevance. You will scout new ideas, brief and source promising products, and oversee development from concept to launch while coordinating with partners and licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
• Experience creating games for mass market and hobby audiences is preferred.
• Ability to work with a global team and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on games from ideation to launch with content development responsibility.
• Travel to retail fairs and consumer shows to scout ideas and test prototypes.
• Communicate product intentions to licensing partners and ensure approvals.
