Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development or design experience in games industry.
• Experience designing or developing games for Mass Market, Hobby, or Specialty.
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on games from ideation to launch; define mechanics, rules, copy, and editing.
• Scout new game ideas by meeting inventors at fairs and consumer shows; provide feedback.
• Coordinate with licensing partners and ensure approval processes.
• Analyze consumer needs and market opportunities through research and focus groups.
• Collaborate with product management and global teams.
