TokenBrickLabs, a Seattle-based blockchain studio, seeks a Tech Lead to own the technical direction for a squad delivering issuance, identity, and operator products. You’ll still write code, guide architecture, and unblock ICs while ensuring high-quality delivery.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and manage risks across contracts, APIs, and workflows, reporting to Engineering Managers. This is a full-time role in a fast-moving, security-conscious environment.

Competenze

6+ years of software engineering experience.
Track record leading work across more than one engineer.
Depth in at least two: TypeScript/Node, Solidity/smart contracts, cloud backends, or frontend systems.
Excellent written communication; explain designs to engineers, product, and counsel.
Experience shipping in fintech, infrastructure, or high-stakes domains.

Mansioni

Set technical direction for a squad: architecture, sequencing, and the production quality bar.
Design and implement high-risk paths — contracts, APIs, identity, or operator workflows.
Lead design reviews, RFCs, and code reviews to keep ICs moving.
Break tokenization work into auditable, testable slices.
Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering Managers on scope, risk, and launch readiness.
Mentor engineers through pairing, feedback, and incident reviews.
Own incident response for your domain and drive durable fixes.
