Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of tokenized asset products across their lifecycle. You will drive commercialization and scale by translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging tech into clear product direction.

You'll partner with technology, risk, legal, operations, and distribution to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions while defining the multi-year roadmap for asset tokenization and related services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related financial services experience.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and asset servicing models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams from concept through delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities.
• Lead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution.
• Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and strong control frameworks.
• Work with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand and prioritize use cases.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives.
